Deposits are handled on a first-come-first serve basis. The MINIMUM DEPOSIT to hold the puppy of your choice ranges between $250-$500 depending on the breeding. You can arrange with Optimus Prime Pits to send more than the required minimum deposit. Once Optimus Prime Pits has received your deposit, Optimus Prime Pits will post online that your pick is SOLD. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT ARE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER LITTER OF YOUR CHOICE IN THE EVENT YOU DECIDE NOT TO MAKE A SELECTION FROM THE CURRENT LITTER. Besides the minimum deposit, the only other requirement is that your puppy is paid off by the time they turn 6-8 weeks of age, either before or at pick-up. If the balance on your puppy is not received by the time they are 6-8 weeks of age and you have not contacted Optimus Prime Pits to make alternate arrangements by the time the puppy is 9 weeks of age, the puppy will be relisted as available to the public and all monies you have sent will now longer be eligible for litter transfer. PUPPIES WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCES REMAIN HERE, AT THE RESIDENCE OF OPTIMUS PRIME PITS, UNTIL THEY ARE PAID-IN-FULL. Optimus Prime Pits sets an intial price range on each litter (i.e. $1,000-$2,500), therefore the only guarantee this kennel can give you on price at the time you place your deposit is that you won't be paying a balance any less than the base price or any higher than the ceiling price. Exact pricing on individual pups is determined on or before they reach 3 weeks of age. Picks from the litter are made when the puppies reach 6 weeks of age. Although these are Optimus Prime Pits' terms & conditions, this kennel is willing to work within our means and the parameters set forth in this agreement to ensure that you get the puppy you want, so do not hesitate to ask.
*Once Optimus Prime Pits receives your deposit it will be understood that you have agreed to these terms and that these terms are binding to and protect both parites.
